Refund Policy

Our products are instant digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so all sales are considered final by default.

Our 14-day fairness window

We would rather you were happy than hold your money. If a guide isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase, tell us briefly why, and we'll review it and issue a refund where it's fair to do so.

Technical problems

If your download link fails, the file is corrupted, or the email never arrives, contact us and we will resend it immediately at no cost. Technical issues are always resolved, never refused.

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same guide twice, or bought a guide and then the bundle? Let us know and we'll refund the duplicate in full.

Use our contact page with your order email and the name of the product. We respond within one business day.
